Why should I use a travel agent?
Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information and discounts. A travel agent can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance.
A travel agent is here to work for you but doesn't get paid by you. If there ever arises an issue with your travel plans, your travel agent will be the person sitting on the phone, sometimes for hours, just to get your travel plans realigned so you can continue about your day.
Did you know, when the pandemic started in 2020, travel agents sat on the phone with cruise lines for up to 6 hours just to get their clients cancelled cruise credits? That is what we do.
Not to mention that booking with a travel agent can sometimes get your extra amenities that a booking engine can not supply.
Will I pay more if I book through an agent?
No.
First off, we do not charge our clients. We are paid thru the vendors for making a booking for them.
Secondly, travel agents are able to offer more amenities and often additional on board credits for cruises.
